Sankalp is founder and CEO at NeelBlue Technologies-IT consulting company. He is an entrepreneur and Technology Leader with extensive experience as a CRM strategy thought leader guiding senior executives on their journey to successful CRM/ERP strategy & implementations.

Sankalp has 22+ years of experience in all phases of consulting, design, development, and implementation of CRM applications, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Call Center, Order Management, PRM modules and integration with back office applications. His unique combination of strong leadership skills and hands off experience in executing cloud CRM projects using industry best practices fetched him many accolades and success in his career.

He holds B. Tech in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and resides with his wife and two children in Irvine, CA.

Michael Walsh

Michael Walsh joined Neelblue’s Advisory Board in Feb of 2017.He is a 30 year veteran of the software industry, leading technology vision for companies like iHeartMedia, D-Link, and L-3 Communications. He has served on several Salesforce advisory boards providing valuable insight into improving the capabilities of the platform over the past 10 years. With successful implementations, both domestic and international, Michael can help advice you on even the most complex of implementations.

Bill Charles

Board of Advisor

Bill Charles joined Neelblue’s Advisory Board in March of 2017. He has been with Emerald Expositions since August 2013 first as Vice President, Information Technology and was then promoted to CIO in January 2014. He has over 20 years’ experience in technology roles and has implemented multiple complex IT software and infrastructure projects. Before joining Emerald, Bill spent 9 years at Pacific Sunwear (PacSun), rising steadily through their IT ranks, and earlier in his career held several technology and product manager roles. Bill has an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Finance from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

 

Nada Abubaker

Board of Advisor

Nada Abubaker joined Neelblue’s advisory board in July 2017. She has experience in successfully implementing complex solutions in different industries. Companies she’s worked with include iHeartMedia, D-Link, Perficient, and currently she’s with Experian. Nada has a background in Product Management, Architecture, Project Management, agile and waterfall software development methodologies, and finance. She focuses on designing solutions that maximize a company’s ROI.

John S. Brendel

Managing Partner-Immigration Services

John Brendel joined NeelBlue board as a managing partner to support its immigration and legal service’s needs. He has been practicing business and employment immigration law for more than 35 years and helps companies traverse the obstacles of conducting operations in a global marketplace. He is a Director of Cohen & Grigsby and a member of the Immigration and International Business Groups and very highly respected professional in the role of immigration advisor supporting many elite companies in his accolades filled career.

Baji Sharief

Managing Director, India Office

Baji Sharief joined NeelBlue Technologies in Jan of 2017 as Managing Director, India operation. He has 15 years of Information technology experience working on various complex business applications using different technologies and platforms for companies around the globe. He has good exposure to both agile scrum and waterfall methodologies, and strong experience with Object Oriented programming concepts and procedural programming. He has worked as Technical Architect & Subject Matter Expert in many successful Salesforce Sales cloud & Service cloud projects and has deep passion coding on Force.com platform & Salesforce Technologies.

He holds Master in Computer Applications and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and currently resides with his wife and two children in Hyderabad, India after spending more than 10 years of his career in USA.
